From the Webmaster:

Purpose:
 This site is being created to help facilitate communication between sponsors and classes, and to encourage sponsors to develop closer relationships with the classes they sponsor. Sponsors may also gain ideas and inspiration from the events organized by other sponsors.
 Additionally, links to local businesses, the travel and tourist industry, Churches, clinics, etc. will be included as resources for our military personnel.  At the sole discretion of Military Affairs, a revenue stream may be created from businesses  who wish to have their links included on these resource pages.
It is my hope that class members stationed at Laughlin AFB find their stay here enjoyable, and our citizenry-business community, supportive.

Users:
 I anticipate that the primary users of this site will be class members seeking information about the events their sponsors are organizing. Sponsors will also visit to submit updates. In the event families of military personnel visit the site,  they will find their loved ones well cared for by our community.

Coming Events:
 A simple form is provided on the "coming events" page for sponsors to submit their up-coming event information. In most cases, updates will be posted on the site within 24 hours of submittal. Sponsors are encouraged to submit information at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. The Webmaster will be happy to post "date to be decided" events well in advance. It is imperative that sponsors diligently submit updated information to the Webmaster.

Collecting Content: The Webmaster does not take pictures at the events. It is up to the sponsors to provide the Webmaster with pictures and summations of their events.

Past Events:
An email link is provided on the "past events" page for sponsors to submit event summations and pictures. Sponsors are encouraged to submit these as soon after the event as possible. The webmaster seeks guidance regarding proper protocol concerning the publishing of pictures of our military personnel.

Site Design:
Most of the pictures I've chosen for this site do not depict the aircraft flown out of Laughlin AFB. While I certainly have regard for the aircraft used to train our pilots, it is my opinion that the primary visitors of the site would more greatly appreciate photos of the machines they aspire to fly. The large photo on the home page depicts team work and the importance of each pilot, regardless of the assignment they receive at Drop.
